  • Is there parking available?
    Yes, there is convenient parking available for our clients. You can find parking directly in front of the clinic as well as on the side streets. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to secure your spot and enjoy a relaxed start to your appointment.
  • Where are you located?
    Lê Ritual is situated on Level 1 of our building. Our central location makes it easy to access for all our clients. If you need directions or have any questions about how to find us, feel free to reach out!
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Booking an appointment with us is simple and convenient. You can easily schedule your visit through our online booking system, send us a direct message via social media, or give us a call. Our team is here to assist you with any questions you may have while booking.
  • What happens if I'm not sure what service to book?
    If you're unsure which treatment is best for you, we recommend booking a skin consultation. During this session, our experienced staff will assess your skin and discuss your specific needs and goals, helping you to select the most suitable services for your skincare journey.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes, we understand that flexibility is important. That's why we offer Afterpay as a payment option. This allows you to enjoy your treatments now while spreading the cost over manageable instalments.
  • Do you offer skin consultations?
    Absolutely! We offer skin consultations for a fee of $50, which is redeemable against any treatment or skincare product purchased during your visit. This is a great opportunity to gain insights into your skin's unique needs and to explore our services.
  • What treatments are suitable if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
    We care deeply about the safety and well-being of our clients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please consult with us prior to booking your treatment. We can recommend suitable services that align with your needs while ensuring the utmost safety for you and your baby.
  • What happens if I'm late?
    We understand that life can be unpredictable. However, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, a late fee of $20 will be applied. This helps us manage our schedule and ensure that all clients receive their full treatment time.
  • Am I allowed to reschedule my appointment?
    Yes, you are welcome to reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to accommodate other clients. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and provide the best possible service to everyone.
  • Gift Vouchers
    Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Please be aware that we cannot replace vouchers that are lost or stolen.
  • Appointment Booking
    To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $75 is required. This amount will be credited to your account and can be used for future services if you cancel within the 24-hour notice period.
  • Cancellations
    Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the clinic at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will remain on your account for your next visit. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited, and no-shows will also result in loss of the deposit. Timeliness is appreciated for all appointments. If you arrive late, your treatment duration may be shortened to avoid disrupting our schedule. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will result in cancellation of your appointment, with your deposit being forfeited.
